James recently just sold my house this year in 2024.... and for top dollar!!!! I have only kind and amazing things to say about James, he is really truly the best there is! James takes his time and will give you any time of the day to call or meet with you. James takes amply time to explain to you the options you have in listing the property. James takes the time to print everything out for you he gave me a folder with everything organized to the T. He had the bright idea to list my home on the private market first before just listing it live on the open market and boy was that a smart move. We sold my home at the highest price possible and that was thanks to James experience and knowledge in the area. Let me say this James will study the market for days and all the hours in the day until he knows it inside and out before just saying eh yeah lets try this. James also has people for everything and you don't have to use his people he recommends of course but i would highly suggest just go with everything he recommends to you. -Energy Levels/Personality: Through the roof! He is SO positive and can carry on fantastic conversation. He does such a good job making you feel good. The amazing thing about the positivity is that is not a "show", that is his personality.
-Expertise: James knows everything. He had me extremely educated for each place that I saw. James knew every question that we asked and he never had an issues with confirming with another colleague if need be!
-Efficiency: I know that home buying, renting, etc... is a LENGTHy process and can often be very STRESSFUL. James makes the process as smooth as possible because he does not miss a beat. He did everything we asked of him and did it so quickly. Hopefully he takes an off day once to twice a year because when I worked with him, it seemed as though he works 24/7. We got everything we asked for an in a very quick manner. He adjusted the showings to our schedule and it was SO appreciated.
-Creativity: As I had my own idea of where I wanted to live, I was unaware of everything that is out there. I asked James for his opinion and what he would recommend for me and he was able to recommend some AMAZING places to me. Actually, the residence that we closed on was something that he recommended. The VALUE there was that he was able to see what I may like when I surely could not. I am THRILLED with the current residence I have. The space, the location, proximity to all of the area of the city that I value. James' creativity was the deal maker. Even if YOU have no idea what you want, partnering with James will most likely take care of that!
